Héctor Meza
Strategy · Finance · Narrative Design
Héctor is a strategic consultant with over 20 years of experience in finance, business modeling, and brand communication. He holds a degree from Cornell University, where he majored in both Biochemistry and Theatre Studies—an early expression of his interdisciplinary approach—and pursued additional graduate studies at Columbia Business School. He is the founder of Futurero.org and has advised high-growth companies and cultural projects across Mexico and the U.S. Known for his ability to connect the dots between vision and execution, Héctor also brings a deep strength in partnership development—opening doors and building bridges between sectors and regions. His work includes collaborations with Leica Camera, Adidas, and the Marina Abramović Institute. -
Ivette Prieto

Ivette is a creative strategist specializing in branding, experiential design, and communications. She studied Design Strategy at Parsons School of Design and has worked with global brands like Max Mara, Yves Saint Laurent, and Soho House. With a rare mix of strategic clarity and aesthetic intuition, Ivette is also a natural connector—skilled at cultivating partnerships that elevate brands and create long-term value. -
Rubén Castilla
Content · Creative Direction · Project Management
Rubén is a content creator and project manager based in Mexico City, with experience leading digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. He has shaped creative strategies for hospitality, beauty, fashion, and spirits brands. Known for his uncanny ability to stay ahead of creative trends, Rubén has a vast repertoire of cultural references—from high art to pop culture—and often senses what’s coming years before it hits the mainstream. He studied Industrial Design at Tec de Monterrey and holds a Master’s in Fashion Communication from IED Milan. He’s deeply passionate about music, visual culture, fashion, and the evolving language of digital media.
