The Challenge
Flabelus, a Spanish shoe brand known for its refined simplicity and European craftsmanship, was entering the Latin American market. They needed a launch moment in Mexico that felt elevated, culturally fluent, and strategically aligned with the brand’s sensibility.
Our Role
We produced an intimate brand event at Casa Olivia, one of Mérida’s most sought-after design hotels, which we also helped position. The gathering brought together high-profile guests and members of the fashion press for a curated, immersive experience that introduced Flabelus in a way that felt personal and editorially resonant. We also led content direction and partnership strategy to ensure the event extended beyond the space itself—building cultural equity for the brand in the region.
The Outcome
The event marked a refined and meaningful market entry for Flabelus, earning coverage in fashion media and attention from stylists, buyers, and brand collaborators in Mexico. It set the tone for the brand’s presence in Latin America through tastefully executed visibility and culturally-aware positioning.
