Casa Olivia

Brand Strategy · Financial Modeling · Partnership Development · Digital Strategy

The Challenge

An accomplished interior designer in Mexico had just restored an antique home in the heart of Mérida, Yucatán—transforming it into an intimate luxury boutique hotel. The space was exceptional, but the founder needed strategic clarity to position Casa Olivia for sustainable growth and high-profile visibility.

Our Role

We partnered closely with the founder to shape Casa Olivia’s identity from the ground up. This included defining the brand narrative and visual identity & direction, crafting a tailored partnership strategy, and building foundational financial projections to guide the business model. We helped secure early collaborations with international brands like Flabelus and H&M, aligning the project with the right cultural context from the start.

We also developed and continue to manage the hotel’s content strategy and digital presence—ensuring the online voice matches the elegance and intimacy of the physical space.

The Outcome

Casa Olivia quickly gained recognition as one of Mérida’s most desirable design-forward stays, attracting both a global creative audience and high-profile guests. It has since been featured in international lifestyle publications, further solidifying its presence in the luxury hospitality world.

The brand positioning, content strategy, and early business design created a platform for long-term resonance—distinct, grounded, and globally relevant.
